Marcus Swan

Marcus joined Zero-G after being part of the Threex3 internship programme in 2007. He graduated from IADT Dun Laoghaire with a first class BA in Design in Visual Communications and was awarded the Design History Society’s Essay Prize and IADT’s Thesis Award for his thesis The Medium is the Text Message: The Social and Aesthetic Effect of Text Messages.

Since joining Zero-G he has been involved in the development of the visual identity for SSP, including their global websites and online administration along with branding and mobile app development for TravelWise, a travel-based rewards programme. Some recent projects include; the development, branding and design of, a social media curation website and online curation app; the visual identity and launch of Think Something Different, an education based initiative for the University of East Anglia; communications for the NDRC (National Digital Research Centre); and work for Bord Gáis Energy, the Irish Museum of Modern Art and the Abbey Theatre.
