Randall Snare

Randall is one half of iQ Content’s content strategy team. She designs the stories behind her clients’ business, while fully integrated with the UX and design team. Her most recent projects include Aviva, Permanent tsb and NUI Galway, where she constructed a cohesive content strategy for the university, which included mapping content and designing the user journey. She is also the editor of the iQ blog and co-manages the iQ publications team.

She runs writing for the web training courses across Ireland, and presented a workshop with Elizabeth McGuane called ‘The Evolution of Content’ at the very first European Content Strategy Forum in April 2010.

Randall joined iQ from New York, where she worked for Condé Nast as a web producer for online versions of their food, style and leisure magazines, including Glamour, Gourmet, and Self, and freelanced for The Onion. She and Elizabeth are both co-creators of Mapped, a blog about storytelling and content strategy.
